We planned to go see my family for a week in June when Sean came home from his mission. On Memorial Day I decided it would be fun to take the kids a couple of extra weeks before then. So last minute we drove to Utah the day Annelise got out of school and spent three weeks playing while Brian came back and worked until the original planned vacation. So glad we did because the kids had so much fun and we managed to miss a lot of smoky days here in Fort Collins due to the fires in the mountains close by. Warning: there will probably be multiple long posts.
